Salary: R20,000 - R23,000/month + Uncapped Commission

The Role

We are seeking a proactive Outreach Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive our outbound sales efforts. Your main goal is to schedule 5 qualified discovery calls per week for our sales team.

Until that KPI is met, responsibilities include:

1. Add 40 qualified leads daily to Apollo.io
2. Run personalized email and LinkedIn outreach sequences
3. Make 100 cold calls per day
4. Conduct high-touch, manual follow-ups (email, phone, LinkedIn)
5. Keep the Hubspot CRM fully updated
6. Track activities using a daily scorecard
7. Attend daily huddles and weekly team sessions
8. Explore alternative channels (Facebook, Twitter)
9. Build awareness by engaging with communities (Quora, LinkedIn, blogs)
10. Participate in training with enthusiasm and a passion for learning

We're looking for someone who loves cold calling, enjoys the challenge of outreach, and thrives in a results-driven environment.

Requirements

1. Fluent English (C1/C2 level in speaking and writing)
2. 1+ year of BDR or cold-calling experience
3. Familiarity with Hubspot, Apollo.io, or similar tools
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
5. Must enjoy cold-calling and sales outreach
6. Self-motivated, dependable, and adaptable
7. A quiet home office setup with a desk and chair
8. Stable internet (minimum 10 Mbps download / 2 Mbps upload)
9. Laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB free storage
10. Headset and smartphone
11. Backup internet option (hotspot, Multibam, etc.) and backup work location
12. Preferred: Experience in the outsourcing or staffing industry

Payment Structure

1. Base Pay: $3/hour (~$500/month)
2. Commission: $50 per qualified appointment
3. On-Target Earnings: Up to $1,500/month
