Minimum Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of Management level experience in a Lodge, Hotel, Resort, or Catering Firm
2. Financial Knowledge (Minimum 3 years)
3. Food Preparation Protocols
4. At least 3 years F&B experience in the hotel catering field
5. Driver’s Licence
6. Diploma in Hospitality Management
7. EE candidates are preferred, available immediately
