Our client, a consulting firm specializing in marketing and payment solutions, offering expert advice tailored to diverse industries, focusing on strategy, technology, and customer-centric solutions. Their mission is to help businesses thrive with tailored solutions in software development, e-commerce management, marketing, and more. As they grow, they are looking for a highly ambitious, motivated, and results-driven Outbound Tele-Sales Agent to join the team and expand their reach.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and grow your own micro business by developing your customer base and portfolio. You will forge strong relationships with both potential and existing clients while promoting our broad range of services and striving to exceed sales targets.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Matric
  2. At least 3 years of outbound sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  3. Comfortable making cold calls and establishing rapport with clients.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  5. Highly driven, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
  6. Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
  7. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  8. Experience or knowledge in Forex, Binary Options, Casino, Lotto retention, or similar industries is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, engage, and nurture lasting relationships with potential customers to drive sales and revenue.
  2. Make outbound calls to introduce products and services, qualify prospects, and close deals.
  3. Provide clear and comprehensive information on our offerings, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
  4. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
  5. Use CRM software to track leads, manage customer details, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  6. Follow up on leads, referrals, and networking opportunities to expand the customer base.
  7. Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service throughout the sales cycle.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
