Location: Office-Based (with Travel to Clients) – Petrol Allowance Provided
Salary: R20, Cost to Company + Commission

We provide top-tier medical oxygen solutions backed by exceptional customer service and after-sales support. We're looking for a high-energy, results-driven Outbound Sales Executive to drive new business, maintain client relationships, and support sales operations.

Role Overview

This is an office-based role with regular travel to meet new and existing clients. We need a confident, proactive sales professional with at least 5 years of experience in medical sales.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Cold calling & lead generation to drive new business
  2. Handling inbound leads and converting them into sales
  3. Booking sales meetings and pitching to potential clients
  4. Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients
  5. Visiting clients to provide support & strengthen partnerships
  6. Quoting & invoicing for new and existing clients
  7. Running mass mailing campaigns & outbound follow-ups
  8. Keeping records updated in CRM & sales tracking systems
  9. Weekly reports to Manager
  10. Working from the office + traveling to client meetings

Required Skills & Experience

  1. Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the Medical Industry (Mandatory)
  2. Strong cold calling & lead generation skills – fearless in reaching out and closing deals
  3. Proven ability to close sales & negotiate confidently
  4. Exceptional organizational skills – ability to multitask and manage a pipeline effectively
  5. Excellent communication & relationship-building abilities
  6. Proficiency with CRM systems, invoicing & quoting
  7. Valid driver's license & willingness to travel to clients
