We're looking for a high-energy, results-driven Outbound Sales Executive to drive new business, maintain client relationships, and support sales operations.
Role Overview
This is an office-based role with regular travel to meet new and existing clients. We need a confident, proactive sales professional with at least 5 years of experience in medical sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Cold calling & lead generation to drive new business
- Handling inbound leads and converting them into sales
- Booking sales meetings and pitching to potential clients
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Visiting clients to provide support & strengthen partnerships
- Quoting & invoicing for new and existing clients
- Running mass mailing campaigns & outbound follow-ups
- Keeping records updated in CRM & sales tracking systems
- Weekly reports to Manager
- Working from the office + traveling to client meetings
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the Medical Industry (Mandatory)
- Strong cold calling & lead generation skills – fearless in reaching out and closing deals
- Proven ability to close sales & negotiate confidently
- Exceptional organizational skills – ability to multitask and manage a pipeline effectively
- Excellent communication & relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems, invoicing & quoting
- Valid driver's license & willingness to travel to clients
