Outbound Sales Agent – Telco (BEST4U)

Location: Randburg

Compensation: Basic + Lucrative Commission + Incentives

Main purpose of the job: We are looking for dynamic, target-driven, money-hungry individuals who want to build a career in the call centre environment.

We offer a basic salary, plus commission and other attractive incentives. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets through outbound telephonic sales.

Your resilience on the dialler, coupled with a strong will to build a long-lasting career in sales, will be to your benefit. You will be required to sell various new lines of Telco packages such as sim only, handset deals, data bundles, etc.

Quality sales with zero call diversions will afford you a high earning potential.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year telesales experience in Telco
2. Computer Literate
3. Excellent communication both verbal and written
4. Knowledge of the different telco packages
5. Matric
6. Criminal Clear

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, 2 Compulsory Saturdays
