Outbound Sales Agent

What will you do? MiWay insurance is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Outbound Sales Agent to join our fast-paced team!

Minimum Experience

1. Minimum 2 years sales experience preferably in a Call Centre Environment.
2. Short-Term insurance experience would be advantageous.

Qualifications

1. Grade 12 / Standard 10
2. Tertiary Qualification will be beneficial
3. RE Certificate (As per DOFA date)
4. Fully FAIS Accredited (As per DOFA date)

Knowledge and Skills

1. Undertake Outbound Tele-Sales
2. Service inbound client queries and requests
3. Administration and processing
4. Quality, Compliance and Accreditation
