Working Hours: 3 day shifts a week and 2x 12-hour weekend shifts

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Out of Hours Customer Relations Consultant (CRC) to join our team.This role is ideal for an individual with strong leadership potential, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the healthcare industry.

Key Requirements:
Previous experience in a service-related industry, ideally in customer support or healthcare.
Experience handling on-call queries and urgent service requests.
Fluent in English (should have prior experience communicating with UK clients).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage high-pressure situations professionally.
Matric (Grade 12) qualification is essential.
Proficiency in MS Office (Email, Word, and Excel).
