Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Communication strategy definition and execution
  • Change and communication plan definition and execution
  • Stakeholder mapping & analysis, with resultant engagement plans defined and executed
  • Change readiness assessments and interventions.
  • Change related workshops and facilitated discussions.
  • Extensive SAP Implementations experience
  • Management of change-related communications required.
  • Development of communication materials (posters, videos, infographics etc.)
  • Establishment and management of/engagement with change network.
  • Reporting and business intelligence re change interventions.
  • Support training efforts - provide input, assist with requirements determination, document requirements and support the design and delivery of required training programs & material.
  • All working documents and collateral to be stored within Aspen SharePoint repository

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent Diploma, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7 years of experience in change management and SAP Project Implementation experience preferably in an IT environment.
  • Strong understanding of SAP, IT systems, processes, and project management.
  • Extensive SAP Implementations experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into user-friendly content.
  • Proven experience in leading change management initiatives and engaging stakeholders.
  • Certifications in change management or communications (e.g., ITIL) are a plus.
