Change and communication plan definition and execution
Stakeholder mapping & analysis, with resultant engagement plans defined and executed
Change readiness assessments and interventions.
Change related workshops and facilitated discussions.
Extensive SAP Implementations experience
Management of change-related communications required.
Development of communication materials (posters, videos, infographics etc.)
Establishment and management of/engagement with change network.
Reporting and business intelligence re change interventions.
Support training efforts - provide input, assist with requirements determination, document requirements and support the design and delivery of required training programs & material.
All working documents and collateral to be stored within Aspen SharePoint repository
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent Diploma, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
7 years of experience in change management and SAP Project Implementation experience preferably in an IT environment.
Strong understanding of SAP, IT systems, processes, and project management.
Extensive SAP Implementations experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into user-friendly content.
Proven experience in leading change management initiatives and engaging stakeholders.
Certifications in change management or communications (e.g., ITIL) are a plus.
