Job description

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Detail-oriented with high levels of accuracy.
  2. Good communication skills.
  3. Minimum grade 12 with a good maths pass.
  4. 5+ years relevant experience as an order entry clerk (internal sales coordinator).
  5. Proven track record in the last 10 years.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook).
  7. Valid driver's license with own transport.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To perform the order entry function, handling all incoming customer orders and providing feedback to all customer order queries.

Liaising with supply chain to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.

Providing support to the sales team to ensure optimal customer service and satisfaction.
