Responsibilities:

  1. Understand the business areas and its structures, ensuring the team aligns with company strategic goals.
  2. Responsible for all department administration, records management, budgeting, cost management, monthly management accounts, invoicing, charge outs, vendor negotiations, contract management, and SLA performance management.
  3. Support management with operational reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  4. Manage, track, and align product and application upgrades, forming strong working relationships with business stakeholders, SMEs, and project managers.
  5. Maintain strict controls over system and user access by adhering to governance controls and pre-approved change control methodology.
  6. Manage user licenses for each product against all contracts.
  7. Responsible for the management of all external and internal audit engagements and scopes.
  8. Ensure all audit requirements are met for both the EPM teams IT audit and during financial audits.
  9. Onboard external and internal audit teams and partners onto our applications, Citrix, and PAM.
  10. Support development teams by facilitating and managing all internal application UAT before deploying to production.
  11. Coordinate, communicate, and document changes in operational procedures and capabilities (SLAs) and monitor performance and progress against these.
  12. Manage all communications made to our user base.
  13. Foster new ideas to improve the team and remain aligned to industry best practices and business goals.
  14. Participate in conceptualization, design, and planning of projects for product house, business unit, or segment.
  15. Deliver exceptional service for stakeholders that builds a rewarding and trusting relationship.
  16. Oversee the EPM service desk team and all their responsibilities to the team and stakeholders.
  17. Ensure end user support and system availability for all critical reporting periods (monthly, quarterly, half-year).

This position is for a professional who gets acquainted with its stakeholders and acts as a main point of contact for customer escalations.

You will need to develop and maintain all end user guides and training platforms and documentation as well as maintain our end user SharePoint site.
