Operations Supervisor

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Supervisor to assist the Branch Manager in overseeing the operations of our Polokwane branch. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in road freight and logistics, demonstrating leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Desired Skills:

• Grade 12/ Matric Qualification non-negotiable
• Minimum of 3-5 years in a supervisory role within logistics
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Desired Work Experience:

• 2 to 5 years

Desired Qualification Level:

• Grade 12 / Matric
