Operations Supervisor

We are a leading TES (Labour Broker) seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor/Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee staff and ensure smooth daily operations.
2. Conduct interviews, manage recruitment, and onboarding processes.
3. Handle disciplinary procedures and resolve employee issues promptly.
4. Prioritize tasks effectively, work independently, and think on your feet.
5. Maintain strong communication with staff and clients.
6. Be available on call for matters outside office hours.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience managing teams, especially within the logistics industry.
2. Strong understanding of disciplinary procedures and labour relations.
3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and basic computer tasks.
4. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
5. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
6. Previous experience in the TES / labour broker industry is a plus.
