Operations Marketing Manager

This unique role combines the strategic oversight of warehouse operations with the creative execution of marketing initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our warehouse while driving the implementation of innovative marketing strategies to support our rapidly growing FMCG business.

Min Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in warehouse operations and 2 years’ experience in marketing, preferably within the FMCG sector.
2. Proficiency in inventory management software (experience with Pastel is an advantage).
3. Strong digital marketing skills and a creative mindset.
4. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
6. Own vehicle and willingness to travel as required.
7. A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach to work.
