Responsibilities:
Ensuring efficient back-of- house operations, exceptional customer experiences, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
This individual is the custodian of minimising or mitigating risk and as the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing processes, managing stock & running stocktakes, overseeing financial activities, and fostering a positive working environment.
Lead and Inspire: Motivate and guide your teams to greatness, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Efficient Back-of-House Operations: Ensure behind-the-scenes operations run like a well-oiled machine, reducing risks to the business by upholding company policies, processes, and SOPs.
