Qualifications & Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Demonstrated experience in engaging with senior executives.
3. Relevant experience within the ICT sector (SAP and ITIL knowledge and experience are preferred).
4. Proven experience in ICT operations management and service delivery, with a focus on customer solutions.
5. Strong background in project management and team leadership.
