Operations Manager -Financial Services

DBN000080 – OPERATIONS MANAGER – MINING SECTOR – JHB SOUTH

Purpose of the Job:
In charge of monitoring the different branch’s performance and operational effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Operations Management/Finance or related field
2. Minimum of 7 years’ experience within an Operations Management position
3. Proven track record in managing multiple teams and large-scale projects.
4. Experience in financial management, including billing and collections.
5. Familiarity with compliance and reporting requirements in the ESD or mining industry is advantageous.
