The position is based at our Western Cape Office for the Cleaning Division. The incumbent must have excellent leading and supervising skills, the ability to impact positively on productivity through effective team participation, and to guide the team on addressing ongoing customer service improvements and sound administration procedures. Responsibilities include management of human resources, including recruitment, training, coaching, performance management, staff welfare, and health and safety.
