Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Operations Assistant to join our dynamic remote team. This role plays a key part in keeping daily operations running smoothly while providing essential administrative support across multiple departments. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Record and distribute accurate meeting minutes promptly.
  2. Manage phone calls, emails, and client communications with professionalism.
  3. Maintain and update data across various systems with precision.
  4. Assist different departments with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
  5. Identify areas where support is required and take initiative to streamline processes.
  6. Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
  7. Adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and shifting priorities.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  1. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  3. A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  4. Quick learner with the ability to handle diverse responsibilities.
  5. Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday | 08:30 AM – 17:00 PM (UK Time)

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: R6,500 - R8,000 per month (based on experience)

  1. 40 days of paid leave annually
  2. 100% remote position

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience
  2. Strong attention to detail
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  4. Knowledge of CRM platforms is advantageous
  5. Highly reliable and organized
  6. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  7. Attention to detail and accuracy
  8. Willingness to adapt to changing technologies and processes
  9. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  10. Strong command of the English language, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling
  11. Must have own laptop and stable internet connection and facilities to work from home.
