Position: Operations Assistant

Working Schedule: Hours will be full time at 40 hours per week. Both weekend days will be required and the weekend hours will be more than the standard weekday hours. Exact hours will be determined by the client based on the business needs. The schedule can change as needed.

Salary Range: SA $1000 - $1600 (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to help manage our customer service support field operations and streamline processes. This role requires a mix of administrative and customer service responsibilities with flexibility to work weekends and the ability to flex your schedule as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer service inquiries via phone (Google Voice), email, and text.
• Communicate with field managers and provide operational support via WhatsApp.
• Monitor and order necessary supplies for rental kiosks.
• Use and manage proprietary software to oversee rentals and operations.
• Maintain and update internal records and spreadsheets in Google Suite.
• Provide weekend coverage to address peak customer support needs.
• Adapt to evolving responsibilities as the company scales.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in customer service operations or administrative support.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and Google Voice.
• Ability to quickly learn and use new software and technology.
• WhatsApp communication experience for internal coordination.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• High adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with offshore teams or remote roles.
• Previous experience in the watersports rental or tourism industry.

Work Schedule:

• Flexible hours with mandatory availability for weekend hours.
• Evening shifts may be required based on business needs.
• Schedules can change based on business needs.
