Operations Administrator - Full Training Provided
Crowthorne, Berkshire
£18,000 - £25,000 Depending on Experience
Full Time - Permanent
Hours: 08.45 - 17.45, Monday - Friday
Level : Entry Level / Junior

The Operations Administrator Role:

This is an excellent entry level training and development opportunity to join our team to provide back office, operational and logistics support to our day-to-day activities.

What your day might look like:

  1. Utilising the internal customer management software to track all order processes
  2. Processing orders and completing customer transactions
  3. Communicating with customers, answering queries and resolving problems
  4. Owning the Goods In and Goods Out processes
  5. Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  6. Maintaining, reconciling and updating stock records
  7. Dealing with returns and product loans
  8. Collating and producing reports for management
  9. Day-to-day back office support
  10. Greeting and assisting any visitors that come to the office
  11. Booking and scheduling MOT/Services for our fleet

About You:

  1. Previous experience in a similar administration position is desirable but not essential
  2. Basic to mid-level understanding of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel and Word)
  3. Willingness to learn
  4. Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results to meet timelines
  6. Strong problem solving abilities and the desire to create positive customer experiences
