Our client is looking for an Operational Finance Manager to integrate financial management with operational excellence, ensuring efficient resource utilization and strong financial performance. The role will focus on financial planning, cost control, operational efficiency, and compliance to support the company's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual budgets in collaboration with department heads.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct financial forecasting and modeling to evaluate business initiatives.
• Implement and monitor cost-saving initiatives across departments.
• Collaborate with procurement to negotiate supplier contracts and reduce costs.
• Track capital expenditures to ensure alignment with financial goals.
• Work with operations teams to identify inefficiencies and optimize processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational performance.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure financial and operational success.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance against targets.
• Identify financial risks related to operational activities and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and risk management protocols.
