Manager 1 – Talent Experience and Planning Coordinator: Operate
Reporting to: Operate Partners and Associate Partners

Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Optimization:
- Analyze staffing needs and forecast future requirements to enhance the talent experience.
- Collaborate with various departments to align talent resources with project demands, ensuring equitable work allocation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for talent-related inquiries, ensuring quality and compliance in staffing decisions.
- Understand the experience and qualifications of all resources to effectively allocate or reallocate them where capacity is needed or where different experiences are required.
- Maintain a working knowledge of all solutions within Tax Operate to ensure the right resources are allocated to the appropriate engagements.
- Intern Training Program Management:
- Oversee intern schedules and address queries to ensure compliance with academic requirements and provision of adequate support.
- Early identification of resources not meeting required academic progress.
- Work allocation aligns with academic and ACCA milestones.
- Monitor intern progress and foster a positive learning environment that enhances professional development.
- Academic Service Provider Management:
- Serve as the primary contact for the academic service provider to ensure effective monitoring and reporting on Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Prompt addressing and escalation of any SLA deficiencies.
- Operational Excellence:
- Utilize technology and data analysis to improve resource planning processes and enhance the overall talent experience.
- Provide insights that drive efficiency and improve project performance, demonstrating a commitment to innovation and process improvement in talent management.
- Support for Management:
- Offer insights into talent utilization, planning, and the achievement of key performance metrics.
- Anticipate and identify potential challenges to ensure effective talent allocation and support project success.
- Proactively address any issues to facilitate a smooth operational flow.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Project management qualification will be an advantage.
- 5 years of experience.
- Proven experience in talent planning or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
