Oparations manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience in operations management. This strategic role is essential for optimizing operational processes, ensuring organizational efficiency, and supporting sustainable growth. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing teams.

1. Managing Daily Operations
   Oversee day-to-day business activities to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
   Monitor and enforce company policies, procedures, and best practices.
   Ensure all resources, including manpower and equipment, are used effectively.
2. Continuous Improvement
   Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
   Develop and execute strategies to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.
   Leverage technology and automation to streamline processes.
3. Leadership and Team Management
   Lead, mentor, and motivate operational teams to maximize performance.
   Establish clear goals, provide feedback, and foster a positive work culture.
   Handle team development, training, and succession planning.
4. Performance Management
   Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and track operational performance.
   Analyze data to assess effectiveness and implement corrective actions when needed.
   Ensure teams meet performance targets and drive accountability.
5. Cross-Department Coordination
   Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments.
   Work closely with sales, finance, HR, and other teams to align operations with company goals.
   Resolve operational challenges that impact multiple departments.
6. Strategic Monitoring
   Develop and oversee operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
   Monitor market trends and industry changes to stay competitive.
   Provide regular reports and insights to senior management for decision-making.

1. Honour’s or master's degree in Operations management, Management, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
2. 5 to 10 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
3. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
4. Proficiency in office tools (Excel, ERP, CRM, etc).
5. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills to work in a team.
6. Knowledge of industry regulations, best practices, and operational software.
7. Result-oriented mindset and adaptability to change.
