We’re looking for an Online Shopping Support Associate to help customers with their purchases.

Your Role:

• Assist customers via chat, email, phone, and SMS
• Help with product recommendations, returns, and order tracking
• Identify upselling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate customer records

What We Need:

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or e-commerce
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Shopify and CRM tools
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment
