Are you passionate about education and digital learning? We are looking for an Online Learning & Engagement Specialist to join a dynamic UK-based company. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape online learning experiences, engage with students, and drive enrolments through exceptional course management and support.

This fully remote position is perfect for an innovative and student-focused professional based in South Africa. You'll be working Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM UK time, collaborating with an international team to deliver high-quality e-learning solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and manage engaging digital course content for online learning platforms.
• Support and guide students through their learning journey, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to enhance their learning experience.
• Collaborate on curriculum development and instructional design strategies.
• Drive student enrolments through effective engagement and marketing strategies.
• Maintain and optimise Learning Management Systems (LMS) for smooth course delivery.
• Work closely with educators and trainers to continuously improve course offerings.
• Provide recommendations to enhance the overall digital learning experience.

What We’re Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience in education, e-learning, instructional design, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of online learning platforms and digital course creation.
• Hands-on experience with LMS management and student engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in content delivery.
• Passion for education and enhancing student learning experiences.
• Reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection.
