Job description

A great opportunity has arisen for an online customer service advisor to work for a trend-led womenswear brand based in East London. Suitable candidates must be immediately available and not on notice.


Some responsibilities include:

  1. Answering questions via their multichannel platform, including email, WhatsApp, and live chat.
  2. Dealing with customer enquiries by telephone and social media.

Experience using Gorgias and Shopify will be advantageous.


The candidate will have prior experience in customer service, an eye for style, and the ability to offer styling advice to customers. You should be a problem solver with a proactive approach to supporting customers. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
