KAMOA COPPER SA is looking for a Officer, HR Systems Administration
The primary purpose of this role is to maximise the quality of the HR systems data and enhance administration processes, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility to support informed decision-making and operational efficiency within the organisation.
You will have the following:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or Informatics Information Systems
- 5 years relevant experience in providing administrative support – preferably in a mining environment.
- Proficiency in English written and spoken.
You will have advanced skills and knowledge in:
- Payroll understanding
- Experience in Office administration
- Computer literacy – MS Office, Excel (Advanced) etc
- Data management skills
- Report writing skills
- SAGE HR Systems Experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and audit data on P300 and ensure capturing is as per company required standards for payroll processing and record keeping.
- Audit and maintain employee files by collecting and filling all documents as per employee check list.
- Assist with training administration
- Provide assistance with various HR administrative projects as requested.
- Conduct audits on timesheets for payroll accuracy.
- Ensure accurate figures/ data are captured, and reports generated and distributed as required.
- Create reports on request to assist in decision-making.
