Requirements- 2 years’ relevant experience
- Strong administration skills
- Knowledge of national and international travel arrangements
- Computer literate
- Must be proficient in English and Afrikaans
- Telephone etiquette

Job Description- Attend to switchboard and reception desk
- General administration and filing
- Make all company travel arrangements
- Manage office equipment and maintenance of building
- Invoicing and data capturing
- Manage office stationery, marketing material and dry store goods
- Scheduling of meetings in boardrooms
- Manage security system
- Coordinate office functions
- Manage company pool vehicles
