Job description

Are you a highly organized professional who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Do you have a knack for implementing efficient systems and processes? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee client communications and maintain relationships.
  • Manage and update stock lists regularly.
  • Edit images for uploading onto website and various advertising platforms.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings.
  • Problem-solve effectively to meet deadlines and handle unexpected challenges.
  • Manage financial tasks such as preparing client quotes, conducting calculations, issuing tax invoices, and compiling month-end details for auditors.
  • Dealing with export documentation

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Proficiency in basic photo editing for online platforms.
  • Experience in client management and administrative support.
  • Solid understanding of financial processes, including invoicing, quoting, and month-end reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Drivers licence and own transport essential.
