Position Overview : As our Office Manager, you will oversee the administrative and financial functions of our facility. Your primary responsibilities will include managing day-to-day office operations, handling accounts payable and receivable, preparing payroll, and ensuring compliance. You will work closely with various departments to streamline processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Manage office operations, including reception, scheduling, and administrative support.
  2. Handle accounting tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  3. Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  4. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
  5. Coordinate with internal teams to optimize workflows and enhance productivity.
  6. Assist in procurement activities and inventory management.
  7. Supervise administrative staff and provide training and support as needed.
  8. Manage and control stock levels.

Qualifications :

  1. Certification in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
  3. Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
  4. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  7. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and inventory management is preferred.
