Job description

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of their office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient, and well-organized day-to-day operations, handling administrative tasks effectively, and maintaining an optimal workplace environment.

Administrative Support :

  • Maintain and update sales databases and filing systems.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and equipment as needed.
  • Handle correspondence and act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide customer service and ensure a professional office environment.

Operations Management :

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Work with other departments to streamline workflows.
  • Monitor and improve office processes and procedures.

Staff Management :

  • Handle basic HR duties, including employee onboarding, attendance tracking, and assisting with payroll.
  • Supervise and train administrative staff.
  • Assess employee performance and provide feedback.
  • Address employee concerns and assist in resolving issues.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • 5–10 years of experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or Office Management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
