Responsibilities include:

  • Report to Office Manager
  • Housekeeping – manage the budget
  • Manage office calendar – reminders for staff matters
  • Leave co-ordination, capturing, follow-up
  • Filing of all records
  • Staff onboarding - implementation
  • Staff exiting – implementation
  • Ordering PPE
  • Co-ordination of recruitment & selection
  • Health & Safety ad hoc tasks
  • Aftercare activities co-ordination
Qualifications:

Required qualifications include:

  • Extremely adaptable
  • A capacity and passion for people
  • An interest in progressing on the HR side
