Job description

We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the manager’s working life and communication.

Responsibilities

  1. Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  2. Handle requests and queries appropriately
  3. Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  4. Complete the necessary spreadsheets and/or reports
  5. Assist the manager with his/her personal matters where necessary (e.g. going to the shop or making coffee)
  6. Recruit staff where necessary for the manager’s department
  7. Assist with POs

Requirements and Skills

  1. Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant is not a requirement but is a bonus
  2. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  3. MS Office and English proficiency
  4. Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  7. Discretion and confidentiality
  8. Valid code 8 license and car

Work Hours

Monday- Friday: 08:00-17:00

Car and License required.
