Requirements
Exceptional Organisation Skills: Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time efficiently, and maintain a structured workflow.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in office administration (preferred).
Familiarity with immigration processes, VFS, or Home Affairs (advantageous but not required).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.
High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Office Administration: Maintain a well-organised and efficient office environment, including managing supplies and handling correspondence.
Submission and Collection: Submit documents to and collect results from the VFS Global application centers.
Follow-Ups with Home Affairs: Liaise with Home Affairs to track the status of applications and resolve issues promptly.
Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of applications, submissions, and results.
Scheduling and Coordination: Manage appointments and ensure deadlines are met.
Support to the Team: Provide general administrative support to ensure seamless operations within the office.
