Black Pen Immigration is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and the efficient processing of immigration-related tasks.

Job Type: Full-time/Permanent

Workplace: Onsite

Requirements

  • Exceptional Organisation Skills: Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time efficiently, and maintain a structured workflow.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in office administration (preferred).
  • Familiarity with immigration processes, VFS, or Home Affairs (advantageous but not required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Office Administration: Maintain a well-organised and efficient office environment, including managing supplies and handling correspondence.
  • Submission and Collection: Submit documents to and collect results from the VFS Global application centers.
  • Follow-Ups with Home Affairs: Liaise with Home Affairs to track the status of applications and resolve issues promptly.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of applications, submissions, and results.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Manage appointments and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Support to the Team: Provide general administrative support to ensure seamless operations within the office.
