Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Remote Office Administrator to provide essential office support. This role involves handling paperwork, online filing, editing agreements, and managing database information. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, a team player, and comfortable with technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize paperwork and online filing systems.
Edit and update agreements and other documents as needed.
Maintain and update database information accurately.
Schedule and set up Zoom meetings.
Provide basic tech support and troubleshoot minor issues.
Utilize tools like Pandoc for document conversion and formatting.
Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience in office administration or a similar role.
Tech Skills: Familiarity with online filing, database management, and Zoom setup. Experience with Pandoc is a plus.
Detail-Oriented: Highly meticulous with excellent organizational skills.
