Job description

Ambition 24 Hours, one of South Africa's leading nursing agencies, has a fantastic opportunity for an adhoc Clinical Facilitator.

The Main Purpose of the Job:

To complete adhoc risk assessments for various homecare clients.

Responsibilities & Competencies:

  • Client visits with Homecare clients
  • Reporting & Documenting
  • Updating care plans
  • Must be strong administratively
  • Good eye for detail
  • Excellent patient care experience
  • Ability to prevent or limit risk
  • Ability to understand client needs
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Must be willing to travel with a valid driver's license

Required Education:

Degree / Diploma in Nursing

Desired Education:

Nursing Education Diploma; unit specific certificate or diploma where appropriate (e.g. Emergency Centre / Operating Theatre / Critical Care Unit)

Essential Minimal Requirements:

1 year of clinical experience as a professional nurse

Desired Experience:

12 years experience as a peer mentor; 12 years experience as a workplace assessor
