Requirements:

1. Relevant Nursing Degree / Diploma
2. Masters in Nursing
3. Registered as an Assessor / Moderator
4. Post basic qualification in emergency or critical care nursing
5. The capacity to recognise development areas in others and support them to facilitate personal development through coaching.
