Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Notebook / Desktop Repair Technician at PartServe Channel Support located in Sandton.

The technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing hardware issues on notebooks, desktops, and screens.

Daily tasks include:

1. Troubleshooting
2. Equipment maintenance
3. Ensuring customer satisfaction
4. Effective communication with clients and team members

Qualifications

1. Matric
2. CompTIA A+
3. CompTIA N+
4. Valid driver's license
5. Electrical Engineering
6. 2 years' experience as a Notebook and Desktop repair Technician both in-house and onsite
7. Experienced board-level repair Technician
