Key Responsibilities:
Night Operations: Oversee the nightly hotel operations, ensuring a smooth transition from day to night shift
Financial Auditing: Perform daily financial reconciliations, ensuring accuracy in all transactions and reports
Guest Relations: Provide exceptional customer service to guests during their stay, addressing any inquiries or concerns with professionalism
Check-Ins & Check-Outs: Facilitate guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring all procedures are followed correctly
Security Checks: Conduct regular security rounds and inspections to ensure the safety and security of the property and guests
