Newly Admitted Attorney

A Labour law firm is seeking a Newly Admitted Attorney to join their team.

This role offers a great opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to build a career in Labour law and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

1. Admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting legal research and assisting with case preparation
2. Drafting legal documents, contracts, and policies
3. Representing clients in Labour disputes, CCMA cases, and disciplinary hearings
4. Providing legal advice on employment-related matters
5. Engaging in dispute resolution and negotiations
6. Staying updated with Labour legislation and case law
