NEW VEHICLE SALES EXECUTIVE

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: To ensure maximum units sold each month with maximum profit.

The outcome of performing the duties below will be considered successful under the following conditions:

  1. Customer Satisfaction (QCSI).
  2. Generate profitable business in terms of set targets/budget/forecasts.
  3. Understand and meet/exceed client expectations/needs/requirements.
  4. Targets reached.
  5. Benchmarked to other dealerships.

MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS:

  1. Attend to customer queries and complaints proactively.
  2. Attend to customers on the showroom floor and handle general telephone queries timeously.
  3. Support existing clients with service-related requirements.
  4. Perform administration tasks timeously and accurately, meeting deadlines.
  5. Follow up on referrals.
  6. Prepare and get vehicles ready for delivery timeously.
  7. Conduct after sales service.
  8. Conduct demonstrations and gather client feedback.
  9. Prospect new customers.
  10. Cross departmental disciplines.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. 3 years of sales experience in the Motor Industry.
  2. Computer literate.
  3. Fluent in English.
  4. Driver's License.
