This is an exceptional position for a tenacious sales professional with sales success having called into the USA.

Our client manufactures an extensive range of branded items, ranging from flags and banners to inflatables - right here in SA and exports these to their offices in the USA.

We are looking to recruit a sales professional to target and service their existing as well as grow the client base in the USA.

This will be a remote, work from home post, so candidates will need to have an excellent infrastructure to support them during the evening, including a stable and fast internet connection as well as power backup in the case of load shedding.

Please note that you will be working US hours (3pm - 11pm approx).

Requirements

1. Strong work ethic.
2. Self-starter and self-motivated.
3. Dependable and punctual.
4. A background selling in a multi-SKU environment rather than selling a single solution.
5. Experience selling to a diverse customer base – from owner-operator businesses to corporations.
6. The products are not complex but the process of selling them can be – managing the artwork process, follow-up with production scheduling, and understanding the logistics process to set realistic customer expectations.
7. Ability to comprehend the constraints of the factory and logistics functions.
8. Good command skills – a rep in the business of pleasing everyone is going to struggle in this role.
9. The job requires managing timelines that can sometimes require giving customers a push or delivering bad news, so command skills are essential.
