Network Engineer Hybrid – SSNEH

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To conduct installation and management of the clients Network Infrastructure and Security

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

Design and manage Network performance

Manage and mitigate ICT risks

Ensure process and system improvement within ICT Network environment

Update and maintain Support Procedures within the Network environment

Manage stakeholder relations and client service within ICT

REQUIRED EDUCATION

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION:

• Grade 12
• Certified Cisco Network Professional (CCNP) Certificate

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM:

• 5 Years experience in a Network Environment

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Firewall Technologies

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• IPsec networking technologies
• Network routing and switching technologies
• Data Cabling standards
• Network standards
• Network security products (e.g. Cisco ASA, Palo Alto etc.)
• Ability to work independently
• Network configuration
• An ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders
• VoIP networking principles
• Networking security principles
