Network Engineer

DBN45 – Snr Private Equity Transactor – CPT (CBD)

Purpose of the Job:

To support the investment teams by conducting financial modeling and analysis, performing due diligence, preparing investment reports, and providing insights to the funds' limited partners and investment committee.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting; CFA highly advantageous.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or corporate finance.
• Strong knowledge of private equity, investment banking, and corporate finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and executing private equity investments.
• Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and modeling.
• Present investment opportunities and defend theses to the Investment Committee.
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify growth areas, and provide strategic guidance.
• Support investment decisions through market, competitor, and industry analysis.
• Mentor junior team members as the team grows.
• Build relationships with important parties—bankers, attorneys, and investors.
