The role reports into the Business Unit Director of the ENT Division and is responsible for providing overall leadership and strategic direction across the South Africa business to deliver the ENT Franchise business strategy and financial KPIs.
The role will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans to maximise revenue and profit potential, plus developing the associated organizational capabilities to deliver on the market growth programs.
