Multi Trade Operative in East London

Clearfield are partnering with an established maintenance contractor, who are looking for experienced multi trade operatives to cover sites in East London working on pubs, bars and clubs primarily.

Whilst an element of the work is scheduled, there will be reactive and call outs works to attend throughout each week.

Suitable applicants must have:

1. Driving License
2. Skills in Carpentry, painting/decorating, tiling. Experience in floor laying is beneficial
3. Can be flexible with travel between sites
4. Compliment of tools to carry out trades above
5. Professional manner, a majority of work will be customer/client facing

Hours: Initially Monday-Friday, with a minimum of an 8hr working day (Additional hours via call outs are available)
Patch: Projected works will be in East London

Successful candidates will be provided with:

1. Company Van
2. Fuel card
3. Company uniform
4. Tablet

Suitable applicants will ideally have a background in maintenance, social housing or multi trade works.
