We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Motor Assessing Manager in the Motor South Region, based in Cape Town to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Automotive Claims Assessment Department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Auto Assessors, ensuring that they are delivering high-quality assessments in a timely and efficient manner, as well as managing the performance and development of staff. Additionally, the Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with insurance brokers, Auto Body Repairers and relevant stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team. They will be highly organized, have strong attention to detail, and have a proven track record of delivering results. They will be able to communicate effectively with clients, insurance brokers, and colleagues at all levels of the organization. They will be committed to ensuring that the company delivers high-quality assessments, particularly in the automotive sector, to its stakeholders. They will also have experience in staff management, with the ability to motivate and develop staff to achieve set targets. They will have a good understanding of the short-term insurance sector and have experience in managing relationships with insurance brokers/clients and the motor repair industry.
