Mobile Fitment Sales Representative
Job description
Purpose
Drive sales of products and services, maintain customer relationships, and ensure exceptional service to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales (50%) Generate leads, negotiate deals, and grow the client base. Track sales performance and develop strategies to maximize revenue.
- Stock Control (10%) Work with the warehouse to ensure stock availability, monitor customer buying patterns, and assist with stock forecasting.
- Compliance (10%) Adhere to regulations, report risks, and ensure financial integrity.
- Customer Service (20%) Provide product training, resolve queries, and maintain accurate customer information.
- Cost Control (10%) Optimize company resources, monitor pricing structures, and manage gross profit.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Diploma (NQF 6) or Certificate (NQF 5) in Sales or a related field.
- Up to 3 years experience as a Sales Representative in manufacturing.
Skills & Competencies
- Sales principles, MS Office, SAP/ERP systems.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and results-driven.
