Millwright (EE)

Description

Our client in the Manufacturing industry based in Uitenhage is currently looking to employ a Millwright (EE).

Requirements:

• 2-4 Years Experience in Manufacturing and/or Automotive Industry.
• Technical Education NTC4 minimum - Millwright trade tested.
• A relevant degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering would be advantageous.
• Technical and/or automotive background would be advantageous.

Responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Servicing and maintenance of pneumatic/hydraulic controls and their components.
• Installation work on machines and systems.
• Component testing and documentation after maintenance work.
• Special tasks according to definition of plant-specific process instruction and instructions by superiors.
• Knowledge of the maintenance program, basic knowledge of mechatronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, drive technology.
• Participation in process improvements as part of RPS – proper handling of work materials.
• Delivery according to specific standards and guidelines.
• Share - communicate information by statements, suggestions, gesture or appearance.
• Basic understanding of paint processes, paint robots and fault finding.
