Reporting into the Marketing Executive, the mid-weight Graphic Designer's responsibilities include managing all graphic design tasks, refining projects and drafts, and generating creative ideas.
To be successful as a Graphic Designer, you should have extensive knowledge of graphic design, styles, and techniques. You should also have experience in implementing marketing campaigns.
Your graphic designs should promote the vision of the company through high-quality graphic content. Brand and marketing needs should be interpreted to drive sales/revenue and convey a certain message to our end consumers.
It will be expected that technical design skills are continually improving; and that you keep up to date and relevant with design applications and trends. You will also be required to have a good understanding of our competitors, the skincare industry, and be familiar with ever-changing best practices.

The designer will need to ensure that the integrity of the brand is never compromised. The successful candidate will need to gain an understanding of the target market in order to understand how to communicate with our audiences visually within the structure of the brand identity and tone.
The designer will attend briefing sessions and roll out campaigns from brief to final design assets, keeping lines of communication open and transparent with the broader marketing team and helping drive weekly Creative Reviews.
Attention to detail is critical, and the designer will need to be focused on perfection in their design, regardless of the size of the task.
